Yoga Classes & Workshops
Yoga is for everyone and I work to ensure that my classroom represents that belief. As a curvy woman, I have found that yoga has enabled me to feel strong in my body and mind, while appreciating what yoga brings to my life. Everyone is welcome in my class.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 8 years and have been teaching yoga for 3 years. I teach weekly group classes at The Lotus Pond Center for Yoga & Health. I focus mainly on Gentle, Restorative, Yin, and Slow Flow class styles.
I am a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200-hour level, and am pursuing my 300-hour accreditation.
Group Yoga Classes
I teach a weekly Gentle Yoga class on Thursday nights from 7:30 pm - 8:45 pm at The Lotus Pond Center for Yoga & Health, in addition to subbing classes and leading periodic special classes there as well. Click the box below to find a group yoga class that I’m teaching this week in Tampa, Florida.
